Designed for a downsizing couple, this luxurious single-level home centres around an exceptional garden, dedicated music room and private wellness retreat. The layout was intentionally planned so these spaces can easily convert into additional bedrooms, ensuring the home remains equally attractive to future families and protecting its long-term value.

Inspired by our clients' love of Tropical North Queensland, we created a resort-style home with a swimming pool, pergola, basketball court and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
